KEESTRACK 1113 IMPACTOR (R5)

Our Keestrack 1113 Impactor Crusher has advanced technology and tremendous fuel efficiency for its size and capability. The Keestrack can produce the capacity of 400 tonne of material per hour. The plant has a vibrating feeder with an independent two deck pre-screen that prevents wear and tear and optimises the product shape and quality, this helps towards Byfords producing top spec. metal on demand. It also has a 2 deck after-screen with recirculation system.
The plant is equipped with a direct drive and with the infeed opening of 800X1050, and rotor diameter of 1260mm gives the plant higher performance levels and lower fuel consumption. The control panels use Relytec and this simplifies the operation tremendously - with the push of a button you’re producing product.
The R5 weighs a total of 52 tonne and a total length of 19 metres long, so to benefit the transporting process the plant has no legs - it is equipped with a tiling chassis.

METSO LT106 JAW

The Lokotrack LT106 is equipped with a Nordberg C106 jaw Crusher – This machine has a proven track record for making progress in the toughest of conditions and never failing to impress.
The compact dimensions and agility on tracks mean the transporting process between sites is a breeze. It provides great clearance on both ends for easy loading and unloading.
The LT106 has feeder openings of 42X28inch and the vibrating feeder have extensions sides so this plant can be used with either front end loader or excavator. The vibrating deck features 2 screens and built in internal shute with two-way access door. The optional longer main feed conveyor gives this plant a greater discharge height.
The Metso weighs roughly 42 tonne and can also produce up to 400 tonnes per hour!

KEESTRACK H4e CONE CRUSHER

The recent addition of the Keestrak H4e cone crusher has strengthened our ability to process tough rock while being able to make the most of modern technology and sustainable thinking. One of the major attractions with this machine is its diesel over electric configuration and pre-screening capability. Having the flexibility of a diesel generator running electric motors offers fuel burn efficiency, a good supply of power, and the opportunity to run directly from the national grid if and when this opportunity present it self.
Equipped with a Pre-Screen the H4e can remove feed materials that have a high fines content, improving cone wear life and eliminating product contamination when exact specification is paramount.
Equipped with a Triple Deck Post-Screen the H4e can produce up to three precise end products ranging from ballast to chip products with oversize materials being returned to the hopper for another pass. With 16.2m2 of screen area. the Post-Screen can replace a classifier screen in the processing chain reducing costs and equipment requirements.
This machine is a great fit with our jaw crusher and gives us a lot of flexibility in what and where we are able to crush; and produce.

KEESTRACK C6 1800D SCREENING PLANT

Our C6 three deck classifier screening plant is a four-way split version. This machine weighs 32 tonne and this places it in the larger category of its kind.
The C6 is suitable for deployment in any number of high production screening applications; with screen sizes of 4500 x 1800 which gives the plant efficient screening areas of over 8.1 metres and this total over the whole plant as 24.3 metres of screening capacity. This screening capacity allows for producing over 400 tonnes per hour.
Although big on size when operating, when it comes to packing up and transporting the C6 is designed with hydraulic fold up compartments and belts. No tools are needed for any processes regarding moving between sites.
For all the smaller jobs Byfords uses the Keestrack Novum, Portafill Screening Plant, Barmac and Sand Screw and Portafill Dewaterer
